Our organs are part of our internal environment and inform our movement. The vitality of our organs is reflected in our external form. The organs are the contents, offering volume, fluidity, and three dimensionality. Through movement they countersupport and balance each other. When embodied they illuminate internal relationships and connectivity, from inner to outer expression, and support for the limbs and spine.
This module will explore how the organs express organic flow, and new pathways of connection and alignment within asanas and our practice.
Classes are based on Body-Mind Centering® foundations asa basis for experiencing ourselves in the practice of yoga.
Classes are online and recordings will be available to participants. All classes will be taught in English.
