The bones, ligaments and tendons create our basic foundation. The bones lever us through space and support our weight in relationship with gravity. Clarifying the skeleton system creates clear dynamic pathways between the spine and limbs, and freedom of the central axis. This course will explore the stable mobility of the skeletal system using Body-Mind Centering® principles from Embodied Anatomy, Developmental Movement, and Embryology, as a basis of experiencing ourselves in the practice of yoga. Classes are virtual and recordings will be available to participants. All classes will be taught in English. Faculty: Lisa Clark, Amy Matthews, Roxlyn Moret, Patty Townsend, Nina Wehnert
