Babyfit offers creative movement-play activities for parents and children from 0 to 36 months, fostering a holistic and gentle approach to the child’s needs in the different developmental stages. Through observing and creating a supportive environment, Babyfit provides the space for children to explore and discover through experiencing and for parents to relate to their child in a motivating and non-critical atmosphere. Since 2008, Babyfit, together with Walburga Glatz, has hosted licensed Body-Mind Centering® programs. While we are currently offering courses from the Somatic Movement Education (SME) program, our overall focus is on the Infant Developmental Movement Education Program (IDME). We have graduated two IDME cycles and all of the Babyfit facilitators are IDME certified and have gone through further Body-Mind Centering® training. We intend further education of the local community and welcome students and assistants from other places.
