moveus was formed in 2007 by Jens Johannsen, Friederike Tröscher and Thomas Greil, to offer licensed School for Body-Mind Centering® programs in Germany. We continue to teach in the English language to stay as close as possible to the original spirit of the work. moveus attracts participants from all over the world. Friederike and Jens teach most courses together with one varying teacher. This offers great reliance and variation. moveus has, as of 2017, completed four cycles of the Somatic Movement Education Program and two cycles of the Practitioner Program. The programs are held in small remote villages and large studio-spaces. The residential nature of the programs supports deep immersion, study and self-development.
