Like you, we are greatly feeling the impact of COVID-19 and its global reach. The concern for all of us is staying safe and healthy in the midst of so much uncertainty.
While we may be feeling somewhat helpless confronting this situation, it is important to remember that our internal well being sets the foundation for our ability and flexibility to respond to external challenges.
Working with your body and consciousness can help you find ways to stay calm and centered and maintain your internal strength. There are links below to free videos by Bonnie that we hope will be helpful in supporting you in this.
During this time of deep unknowing, there is also felt-knowing bubbling up in many of us and our communities. Knowing we are in this together, knowing what’s really important to us, feeling closer to our neighbors through our shared experience even though we are physically distancing ourselves.

FREE RESOURCES FOR HOME STUDY
This period of staying home to care for ourselves and our communities is a good time to remind you that Bonnie has over 100 free video clips of her teachings on her YouTube channel.
They’re a wonderful way to study with Bonnie and explore along with her in your home. Invite friends to also watch and explore with her in their homes, then share what you each discover. If you’re offering remote sessions with clients, they can be a resource to explore together.
The video clips cover a broad range of topics including: breathing, nervous system, endocrine system, voice and movement, and much more.

We are at the tail end of building a website that will allow us to offer most of Bonnie’s videos in an online streaming format. We are working overtime to get it up and running so that we can offer you even more resources that are available at your fingertips. A brand-new video, Embodying Cellular Consciousness, will be available when the website launches.
Bonnie has been taking this time to work on finishing three books – one on the skeletal system, another on the primitive reflexes, righting reactions, and equilibrium responses, and a third one on how babies develop from a movement perspective and how parents and caregivers can help them along the process.
POSTPONED WORKSHOPS AND COURSES
Bonnie’s Spring workshops have been postponed. We will look at rescheduling them when it is safe to travel and gather in groups. We will keep you updated through Bonnie’s newsletter and social media.
